"We adore Olivia and were thrilled to dress her for her Art Of Loving tour. We worked closely with her stylist, Simone Beyene, on the choice of material and the deep crimson shade. We wanted a long, quiet line, cut close to the body with a softly squared neckline and fine straps, allowing the embellishment to speak for itself. The urchin has been a recurring thread through Resort 27, and its organic form led us to develop the silk chiffon pom-poms. Twenty-nine were placed by hand across the silk dupion, giving the gown its texture and volume."
