How do I track my order?

You can use the chat funtion on our website to track your order. When prompted, please use the email you used to make your latest online purchase.
Use our International Order Tracking to track your order via DHL.

Delivery & shipping policy

All orders placed prior to 11am will be dispatched the same day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Please note slight shipping delays may occur during peak promotional periods.

International freight will be provided by DHL Express.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on delivery country. All payable duties and taxes will be displayed at check-out and we guarantee no additional charges on delivery. Please allow 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive via DHL Express.

Some regions may require duties and taxes to be prepaid before shipment, other regions may have to option to prepay or pay upon delivery.

For customers shopping within the United States, US customs / DHL may require you to lodge your SSN or EIN for orders over 250 USD. If this is refused, your package will be marked as "return to sender” and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or credit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

Tariffs & duties

For orders going to the United States and Canada, all duties and tariffs are included in the product prices. Local state taxes are calculated and charged at checkout.

Returns & exchange policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 21 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note: shoes must not be returned with worn soles. Be cautious when trying on to prevent marking the leather.
  • We gladly accept returns of swimwear, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and sanitary stickers intact. Please note that all swimwear returns will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure these criteria are met.
  • Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewellery pieces.
  • Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
  • Direct exchanges are only available for Australian customers and are offered on sizes only, otherwise a store credit will be issued to you to make a repurchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your exchange is processed at our returns facility (3-5 days after return delivery).

Promotional items purchased using a flash sale promotional code are not eligible for a refund, and can only be returned for a credit note, within 21 days of purchase. We will not be issuing refunds for change of mind on promotional purchases. It is advised that customers contact St. Agni customer support for any additional guidance on size and fit.

Submitting a return

Submit your return using the Returns Portal. Our returns portal will generate a return shipping label for you and all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, as shown in the returns portal. The return shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the return total once processed at St. Agni returns. How do I return my order?

You are able to submit a return via our returns portal, found at the top of this page. Follow the steps provided in the portal and submit your return for approval. Once approved we will be in touch regarding next steps.

Promotional Terms & Conditions - 30% Off Edit

These Terms and Conditions apply to the St. Agni 30% Off Edit:

  • The St. Agni 30% Off Edit will begin at 7:00am (AEDT) on 24th November 2025 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 1st December 2025 (the “End Date”).

  • Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.
  • The St. Agni 30% Off Edit promotion is only available online at st-agni.comint.st-agni.com and within St. Agni boutiques, subject to product availability and eligibility.
  • 30% Off will be applied to eligible retail prices by entering the promotional code TAKE30 at checkout.
  • The promotion is only valid on select St. Agni products in the 30% Off Edit collection, including sale items.
  • St. Agni reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the St. Agni 30% Off Edit promotion at its sole discretion.
  • Items purchased on promotion are eligible for a store credit only, in line with our returns policy.
  • As per the terms and conditions of St. Agni, refunds will not be granted on purchases made during a flash sale or on already reduced items. Store credits will be issued for any change of mind purchase, unless the product is deemed faulty.

Can I return a sale or promotions item?

You are welcome to return your sale purchase to us for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which you can apply at checkout to purchase an alternate size/item online. Store credits do not expire and cannot be used towards shipping costs.

Items purchased using a flash sale will follow the promotional terms and conditions outlined.

I purchased the incorrect size, can I exchange It?

We currently don't offer exchanges. Please submit a return for a store credit, which can be used to repurchase another item.

I purchased an item online, can I return it in-store?

Our boutique teams are happy to offer a size or colour exchange on the same product in-store, subject to product availability. Our in-store team are unable to offer a credit or exchanges on a different style or styles purchased via AfterPay, in this case you can contact our customer service team for further assistance, or follow the steps in our online returns portal located at the top of this page.

What if my order arrived damaged or faulty?

We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase (ie. order number) to hello@st-agni.com for further review.

We have a 6-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we can offer repair, replacement or refund options.

What if receive an incorrect item?

We apologise if an item you have received is not what you ordered.

Please lodge an exchange or return for store credit via our returns portal and select the desired item, alternatively email hello@st-agni.com.

Do I need to pay return shipping?

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will deduct return shipping costs from your refund and provide a return shipping label.

How will I be refunded?

Upon receipt, your items will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.

We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently don't offer exchanges. Please submit a return for a store credit, which can be used to repurchase another item.

We’ve partnered with Route to offer package protection against loss, theft, or damage during transit. For added peace of mind, simply add Route Package Protection at checkout.

How do I file a claim?
If you’ve purchased Route Package Protection and your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you can file a claim directly through Route here

How does Route handle refunds or replacements?
When a claim is approved, Route will either refund or reorder the affected items depending on availability. Refunds cover the cost of the items only; shipping, taxes, and the Route fee are non-refundable.
