We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Production Assistant & Product Developer (Accessories) to join our Production Team. This role supports design and production across categories including leather goods, footwear, and accessories. Working closely with the Designer and Production Manager, the Production Assistant & Product Developer will help bring accessories from concept to delivery. This includes managing development workflows, coordinating with suppliers, tracking seasonal progress, and ensuring timely delivery of SMS and bulk production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the end-to-end development of accessories collections - from initial concepts through to final Shipping Samples.
- Create detailed technical drawings and tech packs for footwear, leather goods, and accessories.
- Maintain and update specifications following fit reviews and sample assessments.
- Liaise directly with local and international suppliers and manufacturers to track developments.
- Work with freelance designers to move styles through sampling stages.
- Maintain accurate seasonal trackers and development timelines to ensure readiness for production handover.
- Update the range plan and PLM with style numbers, colourways, fabrications, and material details.
- Assist the Production Manager with sourcing and sampling of leathers, hardware, and components.
- Keep the fabric/leather tracker up to date with accurate material info and order statuses.
- Set up and maintain the seasonal masterfile with accessories-specific codes, colours, and imagery.
- Allocate and send care label and packaging artwork to suppliers, ensuring timely approvals.
- Maintain the care label and packaging library across all accessory categories.
- Reviewing & approve pre-production samples and confirming shipping samples.
- Coordinate and respond to product issues or returns from wholesale partners.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (for tech packs and artwork).
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills (for tracking, masterfiles, and production documents).
- Experience working with Cin7 and Centric 8 is a benefit.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an understanding of construction and material specification for accessories.
- Clear communication and confident supplier management.
- Organised, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.

The Inventory & Fulfilment Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the Inventory & Fulfilment Managers and the Operations Department in the management, coordination and execution of inventory across 3 fulfilment centres and 5 retail boutiques. This role requires collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager and Merchandise Planner to ensure product is dispatched and received in an accurate and timely manner, reducing errors, delays and damages.
The success of the Inventory & Fulfilment Assistant will be based on their ability to manage stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the Inventory & Fulfilment Manager
- To oversee and coordinate retail replenishment branch transfers
- To oversee and coordinate stock returning from retail boutiques
- Management of monthly faulty process, ensuring retail boutiques are following the correct process and stock is reviewed and returned to the correct branch
- Working with the Retail Operations Manager to conduct cycle counts and process adjustments in stock
- To report each month on inventory shrinkage for each boutique, keeping to a 1% KPI. Managing boutique adjustments
- Working alongside the Retail Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager and Inventory and Fulfillment Manager on collection changeovers for each boutique. Ensuring these are completed with 100% accuracy and on time
- Working with the Inventory & Fulfilment Manager on domestic freight between the St. Agni Warehouse and boutiques
- Assisting with wholesale related tasks, including return authorisations
- Assisting and facilitating return authorisations on third-party products

RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandising
