St. Agni eGift Cards are delivered via email and can be redeemed online or at any St. Agni boutique.
They do not expire, can be used across multiple purchases, and may be combined with another payment method. Please note, only one eGift Card can be applied per order. Any remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return a purchase paid with an eGift Card, the refunded value will be issued back to the original card for future use. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to receive a restock notification.
On the product page, select your preferred size (if applicable) and select ‘Notify me when available’ to submit your contact details.
Should the item become available again, you will be notified with a back-in-stock alert via email.

If you purchased the incorrect size, please submit a return for a store credit. Once issued, your store credit can be used to place a new order for the correct size or another item.

We have a 6-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we can offer repair, replacement or refund options.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 11am (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 11am, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
During sale and peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with DHL Express tracking details.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express and generally arrive within 6-14 business days, depending on the
destination and customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL Express tracking number.
You can also track your parcel through our International Order Tracking portal to follow your delivery via DHL.
For orders over USD $250, US Customs or DHL may require your SSN or EIN to process the shipment.
If this information is required but not provided, the parcel may be returned to us. Any associated return shipping, storage or return-to-sender fees may be deducted from your refund or store credit, where applicable.
A parcel may be returned to us following a failed delivery, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, unpaid duties or taxes, or if delivery is declined.
Once the parcel has been received and processed by our team, any associated return shipping, storage, customs or return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Returns
You are able to submit a return via our returns portal. Follow the steps provided in the portal and submit your return for approval. Once your return is received, items will be inspected to ensure they meet the criteria of our returns policy. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days after return delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 21 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please note: shoes must not be returned with worn soles. Be cautious when trying on to prevent marking the leather. Returns may be declined if items are not received in their original condition.
- Your item is securely packaged with the label attached, and including the returns card (or a note with your order number and name).
- We gladly accept returns of swimwear, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and sanitary stickers intact. Please note that all swimwear returns will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure these criteria are met.
- Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewellery pieces.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit under any circumstances.
We currently do not offer exchanges for international customers. However, you are welcome to return your item for a store credit, which can then be used towards purchasing your preferred alternative.

No. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit under any circumstances. This includes size and colour exchanges, both online and in our boutiques. Final Sale items are clearly marked on the product page before purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed to ensure it meets our returns criteria. If approved, your refund or store credit will be issued for the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs unless required under applicable consumer law.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If your order was paid with a gift card, the refunded value will be issued back to the same gift card for future use.
You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and retaining your tracking number, as St. Agni is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Yes. Additional return rights apply in the following regions:
UK
Eligible items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will be processed under our standard returns policy.
EU & EEA
Customers in the EU and EEA, including Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, may withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason. This includes eligible sale items.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days by completing our EU Withdrawal Form or contacting hello@st-agni.com.
Once you have notified us, please visit our Returns Portal to arrange your return and select a refund to your original payment method.
Your refund, including the original outbound shipping cost, will be processed once your return has been received. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Canada
Any applicable duties and taxes paid on your order will also be refunded when your return is processed.

Taxes and Duties
Yes. For most international markets, duties and taxes are covered by St. Agni. In the U.S. and Canada, local state taxes are calculated and applied at checkout. For all other international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout to ensure there are no unexpected charges on delivery. Prices may be adjusted due to tariff changes or fluctuations in import and supply costs.

For most international markets, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and select countries in Asia and the Middle East, duties and taxes are covered by St. Agni. Yes, orders placed using our 10% welcome offer are eligible for a full refund, provided the St. Agni items are full-price and meet our standard return conditions.

Loyalty
Loyalty points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Your lifetime spend with St. Agni will not be affected, and will continue to contribute to your ongoing loyalty tier benefits.
Your rewards will accumulate against the email address used at checkout, even if you haven’t created an account. If you create an account you can access and redeem your rewards.
Your loyalty voucher is based in Australian Dollars and will convert into your local currency at checkout, based on the most up to date conversion rate.

Pricing
- Prices are displayed in your local currency where available, based on your shipping destination.
- Your order will be charged in the currency shown at checkout. If your card is issued in a different currency, your card provider may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
Buying Online
- To make a purchase from our website, you must be 18 years of age or over, or have obtained the consent of your parent or guardian if you are under 18 years of age.

- Please note, all purchases on sale items are only eligible for a store credit, with the exception of items marked “Final Sale”, which are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind, on sale items under any circumstances.
- Please note, a discount code is only valid for a single transaction, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Only one discount or coupon code can be used per order.
- Any refunds that are granted will be issued for the full purchase price, less shipping, as this cost has already been expended when shipping the original order out to you (unless deemed faulty).
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may only be redeemed at on the St. Agni website and Boutique locations. Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. St. Agni does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen Gift Cards. If an order is made using a gift-card, the portion of the purchase attributed to the gift card will be refunded on the original gift card and can be used by entering the original unique code. Gift card purchases may be subject to security checks from time to time, resulting in longer processing time.
Electronic Transaction
Pursuant to the Electronic Transactions (New South Wales) Act 2000 (NSW), the parties consent to this Contract being provided to each other by electronic communication.
Shipping Policy
- All orders placed prior to 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be dispatched the same day (excluding Saturday & Sunday). If you have placed your order during a sale period, this timing may be exceeded. Please trust that we always do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times. Timing may be exceeded during peak or sale periods, and may also depend on the carrier and postal service in your destination country. We thank-you for your patience.
- We ship worldwide and to all international destinations. International delivery times vary between 2–7 days depending on your location.
- Orders to countries such as the United States, New Zealand and United Kingdom take approximately 3-6 business days. If you would like a shipping time estimate for your purchase, and you are outside of the regular destination countries, please contact us and we will give you a more precise shipping estimate for your destination country. Please note, delivery times do vary from country to country.
- International parcels are sent via EMS or via DHL Express. This service usually crosses over to the local country's national postal system as soon as it enters the country. E.g. Parcels sent to the USA cross over to USPS when they enter the country.
- USA customers can track their items via the USPS website. The tracking number remains the same. Please note, all items sent to the USA need to be signed for when being delivered.
- International orders have varied rates of shipping depending on your country/region, please see at checkout for an estimate (click ‘Calculate Shipping’ option). If you have not received your ordered items within this timeframe, please email us (hello@st-agni.com) your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf. St. Agni is not responsible for any delays caused by customs. Sometimes the shipping time exceeds the estimate due to factors outside of our control.
- If you would like more information on the carrier of your parcel once it has reached the destination country, please email customer care (hello@st-agni.com). We are more than happy to help.
- You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.
Delivery
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order as soon as commercially practicable. The delivery of your order to the carrier is deemed to be a delivery of the products to you.
Risk
The products covered by each contract (i.e. accepted order) are at your risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
Title Transfer
Unless otherwise provided in a contract with you, ownership of the products you purchase covered by the contract shall vest in, or be transferred to you at the time your order and payment is submitted on our website and we communicate acceptance.
